Amazing Location and Friendly Staff!
quiet area friendly service easy access
The location is really very nice. It is near a pastry shop. You just go up the stairs there to find the hotel that is off of the street. I stayed here during my vacation, and every member of the staff helped me. Check in went smoothly.
The stairs to reach the hotel might be a bit tricky.

The hotel offers luggage storage, it is good. The entire hotel is non smoking. That makes it better. The room include a safe for valuables. It gives extra protection.

My room had many items like a fridge and coffee items. It also had a kettle, a table and desk, and a TV. A stand to hang clothes and an extra blanket were also available for better comfort.

The staff seemed smiling and attentive all the time. They offered helpful information about the area. The owner was kind enough to offer me another room with my own bathroom.

The location is very good and near restaurants. The tram station is so close. Istiklal Street is also a short distance from here. The ferry is a 10 min walk away.

To have breakfast outside between the cats and passing people was enjoyable every morning. The coffee shop "Jupiter" is very near the hotel. They give options to eat in the mornings.

charming stay in cihangir
helpful staff comfortable bed great location
i appreciated the very clean room and the super comfortable bed. the hotel location is great, it is very close to public transportation and many restaurants.
the stairs leading to the hotel was a little difficult, especially with heavy luggage. there are many steps to climb to reach the entrance.

the staff showed awesome hospitality and was always ready to assist. they are very helpful with directions and recommendations. i think, the check-in process was efficient and smooth.

the breakfast was very complete and delicious. fresh ingredients like bread, jam and cheese are available. coffee and tea service was offered every morning to all guests.
